Comfortable, detached modern cottage located in the quiet rural village of Azy Sur Marne (381 inhabitants) and just 2km from Chézy Sur Marne, 7km from Château Thierry the birthplace of Jean de la Fontaine, 54km from Epernay and 65km from Reims. The cottage has beautiful views over the River Marne and surrounding vineyards and has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture, BBQ and garage.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
