Detached character cottage located in the small village of Arçais in the heart of the Marais Poitevin with its nature reserve and waterways. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ and there is also a rowing boat at the cottage enabling guests to take full advantage of the magnificent waterways for which the area is famous.

Utility charges are included in the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Wood for the central heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
