Recently built detached farm bungalow located in the hamlet of St Pierre d'Amilly only 40km from the sandy beaches of the Charente Maritime coast and 7km from the delightful nature reserve of Marais Poitevin. St Pierre d'Amilly lies to the east of La Rochelle in the Rochefortais region of Charente Maritime.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Wood for the fire can be bought from the owner. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros and a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day is payable to the owner on arrival

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, end of stay cleaning and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
