Two very comfortable semi-detached farm cottages located in the very quiet hamlet of Château-L'Abbaye on a farm in the Valenciennois region of the Nord near the border with Belgium. The cottages are just 3km from the beautiful Forêt du St Amand. They have a shared garden area, garden furniture and BBQ and there is also a chidren's play area with swings near the cottages. Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux is only 7 km away, a nautical centre at Amaury 5km away and river fishing 4km away.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges and heating are in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
